Would rate lower if I could. Visited Asda Linwood today to buy a fan and found staff to be less than helpful. No prices on technology products on shop shelves so had to ask a staff member if they could tell me the price of it. 2 staff members told me it was too difficult to log into their scanner and I’d be better going to the service desk or till. I went to the service desk and waited in a queue for 10 minutes to get the item priced, when I got to the front the staff member was unable to price the item due to damage on the box. Today was the second time in a few weeks that I have been in Asda Linwood. On both occasions there were not enough check outs open. There was a long queue for the couple of checkouts that were open. I do not like doing self service in supermarkets but had little choice due to the lack of available check outs. I then had to join a queue to put my trolley load of shopping through. I understand that there are busy periods however a shop as large as Asda should not have lengthy queues. What happened to the good old days when there was a colleague at checkouts directing people to available tills? P

Pharmacy technician and Pharmacist were fabulous and helpful with trying to get opthalmic prescription that RAH and other chemists no longer had in stock. Went above and beyond what we expected.
