Shop name should be German rice kebab instead german doner kebab.i ordered "doner rice bowl" but I wasn't expecting %50 rice, %30 doner, %20 salad. They put a lot of rice to make the portion look bigger.Doner was cold and not fresh. I gave a star for rice.it was warm and cooked well..no more coming here!

Dear Sir/Madam, german döner I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable customer service we received from a staff member named Abina on 31 May 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM. We ordered a meal advertised at £9.99 and requested a regular Coca-Cola with it. We were then informed that the total price would be £11.00. I’m absolutely fuming and disgusted how they think it’s okay to serve burnt quesadillas like that and just shove onions inside. I spend £34 here and the quesadillas, garlic bread, spring rolls and cinnamon chocolate balls are all burn. To top it off I even tipped the waiter realising before I left they forgot the garlic bread. I have tried to call them rumours times and I keep getting the phone put down on me. I would not recommend at all, disgusting food.

Really impressed with the customer service at German Doner Kebab Enfield! Ahmad greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order instantly. My mum and I dine here regularly and the food never disappoints! Juicy doner and chicken meat and super filling, thank you!
