The restaurant was full when we arrived for lunch - such a wonderful endorsement, goes to show that their high-quality offerings are pretty popular. We ordered grills and stews but the stand-out dish was the slow-cooked lamb shank. .whoa, fall-off-the-bone tenderness and rich flavor. Will come again!

In recent years in Epsom there’s been a mini-explosion of restaurants based on cuisine from Turkey, Iran or similar, so I rolled my eyes when Diba opened. But… Actually it’s my favourite of all the new restaurants, the service was very good to the point of being obsequious, the portion sizes are extremely generous, and the food is excellent quality. It’s £100 for a meal for two so it’s not cheap but I think it’s worth it. I had a chicken stew with spinach and golden Persian plums, and it was very tasty. Also the garlic naan starter was excellent.

My family and I live in Epsom, but hadn’t come across this restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised by just how good the food was! I usually don’t leave reviews unless forced to (😂), but felt that because it was so delicious and a local place that’s only recently opened, it was important to do so of my own accord! The naan bread was simply riDONKulous - a must order if you go!! Also, shoutout to the Christmas decor, and the interior design more generally - class. And the waitresses - so friendly and attentive
