We visited as a group of four friends for a birthday lunch and ordered the Undo and Sushi set, along with an additional maki roll, tuna taco, Nasu Dengaku (baked aubergine), and Geso Kara (fried squid). I’m pretty sure that this restaurant is one of the best quality with this price range in the UK. Really fresh Sashimi and harmony of ingredients of other dishes were really well balanced. It is really good Japanese cuisine and some surprisingly sneaked in Korean touch fusions of some dishes were amazing. Brilliant staffs and service with really well maintained amenities are big plus. We ordered tempura bento, sushi and tempura bento and spider roll. The bentos were really tasty and filling, turns out it was not necessary to order anything extra. The tempura were fried nicely and not greasy, there were a variety of seafood for the sashimi and all the sides were tasty as well. The service was fantastic, we had a baby and they immediately adjusted the air con, so it remained cool but the cold air wasn't blowing directly/not strongly at us, they also lowered the music volume a touch.
