I just ordered from Deliveroo the new sandwich, the shop just about opened and didn’t even care about what’s they sending out absolutely disgusting. The soggiest sandwich it’s swimming in sauce it’s falling apart, kfc do better it ain’t that hard to make a simple sandwich if the employee doesn’t care, you don’t like your job go and work elsewhere. All I wanted was a little treat and try the new item absolutely disgusting and disappointing

I am a frequent customer at this branch. Visiting the store has always made me feel welcomed. The vibe is different from all of the other dining experience that I've been through. It feels homey and the people are always welcoming when they serve my food. Just saying I am and will always be a REGULAR. Bonus that the food is always served fresh and delicious

Be very careful ordering food on uber eats from this place. Yesterday they accepted an order worth £48 from me at around 21:30 and couldn’t find a delivery driver for almost 2 hours - instead and after contacting them through the help option at uber eats (because they cancel your calls and don’t pick up) they despatched the food which arrived after 23:30pm late on a Monday night - RATHER THAN HAVE THE MORALS TO JUST REFUSE THE ORDER, and leave it on the top of my brick pillars outside for all the squirrels, pigeons, foxes and whatever else lurks around at night. This shop has always been serving fresh food. I never experienced greasy or in bad quality chicken. There might be waiting times for a while but the freshness of the chicken is always worth the wait. It’s not a long time wait either. Plus the service is always exceptional.
