The place was completely empty. We ordered two crepes (oreo and biscoff), one took 10 minutes to be brought to our table and the other one took roughly 15 minutes. The first one was a bit undercooked but "edible" and the second one was so disgustingly undercooked we had to ask for another to be made which took ANOTHER 10 minutes just for it to come out in the same state. When asking staff for it to be cooked properly they laughed between them and said that if its too crispy they can't fold it as if it being cooked properly means it has to be crispy. I ordered a chocolate crêpe with chocolate ice cream from Cream’s Cafe in Windsor via Deliveroo. The total delivery time was approximately 40 minutes. Upon opening the box, I found the crêpe to be significantly undercooked—to the point that it had the smell and texture of raw, rolled-out dough. As a result, the item was not edible and did not meet basic food quality standards. I would have appreciate an appropriate resolution for this order. Instead the person who took my call this evening had no comment!

​A total failure. The desserts were awful, and the establishment was very dirty. After finding a table and deciding what we wanted, we ordered at the till. This place is an absolute joke. I’ve seen better organization at a middle school bake sale.
