Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean throughout, a pleasant surprise was that there wasn't the constant cacophony of milk frothers and poorly maintained espresso pumps screaming for attention, which made the entire experience much more relaxing than 95% of coffee shops. Syam made me an exceptional cortado - not my usual choice but sensing the coffee would be excellent whatever I chose, I asked him to serve me whichever drink he felt best showcased the quality of the coffee. I was not disappointed. A lovely touch was the bespoke 'latte art' which referenced the cap I was wearing. The

Been here a couple of times since opening and always left disappointed. Tried again today as walking past on a nice day and thought maybe things have improved. Unfortunately not. Cake selection pretty limited to tray bake style stuff (brownies, blondies, brookies and flapjacks) all left out melting in the heat, small Pain au Chocolates for almost £4 and a small sad looking Vanilla Bun for £5!! Decided to try a milkshake - we both ordered Oreo. Took 10mins and multiple other cold drinks ordered after us were served first. When we got them a £5.10 milkshake was a tiny 300ml plastic cup (see pic)

The place is set over a lovely sunken pond area with 3 beautiful horse sculptures in the background within a new housing development. A main road is close but only minor traffic noises can be heard. The menu is where this place really let's itself down, the menu selection as you can see is very limited and they have scrubbed off a lot of items. When asking about sausages for example I was told they have been off the menu for over a year. So this isnt a one off. Also I requested the Eggs benediction and was told they don't have hollandaise sauce which is the key ingredient for the main two ite
