We visited on 9th May 2026 for a birthday celebration and what a lovely evening we had. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it felt on arrival, parking was easy and free when you registered at the host stand, we had a very warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble for our waitress. All of our food was delicious, but the people that had the aubergine main did comment that it was slightly over salted which was the only niggle. I rarely write negative reviews, but after our experience I felt something needed to be said. It's also worth noting that we visited on a very quiet Tuesday evening, so the restaurant was not busy! To start with the positives, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the cocktails we ordered initially were excellent. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. We ordered goat cheese and fig salad with the Ribeye steak and the Lamb shepherd’s pie, and both were absolutely delicious. And we were with lovely server Kelly! We definitely loved her service, It was a perfect place to enjoy a birthday dinner. We definitely want to come back. Highly recommended!
