The mill on the exe is situated right on the river, lovely views. The rooms (11) of them next door were good. Quiet and a reasonable amount of space . Good size bathroom with shower and nice soft towels included. Food and service was very good, and the staff were very friendly. Good position for site seeing Exeter and convenient for arrival by car or train. Recommended.

Have dined here quite a few times now (have never stayed overnight so not able to review rooms) and always good food and friendly service. Private car park although can get a bit tight at peak times. Great view of the river, too.

A lovely location particularly when you can sit outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, and were quick and attentive in their serving. Sat out on the terrace which is lovely with the backdrop of bright green summer climber leaves. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Light lunch and had a very good fishfinger sandwich with homemade battered fish fingers. Other diner had lamb kebabs which were nice and spicy. Price is ok and music was present but not intrusive. The carparking is a little tight but manageable. Happily go again!

What a beautiful place. Excellent and friendly service. We couldn't get there in time for our table slot due to the road closures around the city for the 10k run and they held our table. So kind. The food is delicious. Lots of GF choices. Highly recommend!
