I have only been to Fuel Cafe twice so far and only during the day but I feel comfortable leaving a 5 star review because I believe this place fulfils the goals of what it is trying to be. Fuel is busy, but it is comfortable. It achieves comfort through its cleanliness, pre-loved furniture, charming knick-knacks, warm or natural light, and lovely service. The food and drinks are a good portion to satisfy, and the menu is simple and tasty. You won’t be waiting long or be disappointed on spending your money there, you’ll be happy. The food took over hour to come, when one of the orders was just avocado toast. One of the bean burritos didn’t have any beans it. The loaded fries weren’t presented very nicely (see picture for reference). They don’t have a customer first attitude and had bad service. Very unhygienic, they left food out on the side. When they gave us a knife and fork they were wet. The food wasn’t nice and the portion of chips on the side was 5 wedges. Wouldn’t even fill a baby up.

This has now become an all time favorite place of mine! Im not vegan or vegetarian but watch my diet and many pubs and restaurants just don't have many options available to accommodate. I looked at the menu and felt happy that I had so many options. Staff was wonderfully kind, friendly and all around good vibes. They are also super understanding with what you eat or don't eat and honestly make dining out easy. My husband who was quite nervous trying food at a vegan/vegetarian cafe was amazed by how much he enjoyed the food. He had the chili burrito and tried the hummus and falafel with our
