Visited with friends yesterday and want to give positive feedback for Jamie, who attended us with table service and hope his manager sees this. Honestly, he is a great example of the power of great customer service. We were asked if we wanted any extras, spoken to politely and when an issue arose with my friends drink, he could not have been more attentive and prompt in offering a replacement. Very nice experience, the only thing I would say is the venue is limited on seating compared to other branches but a very positive visit and atmosphere overall 10/10

Not a good example for this chain tbh Brusque staff, food was not very well wrapped and constructed. Fell apart on opening Clean enough but busy in their separate bubble behind the counter, almost oblivious to warm customer contact needs There has to be more to it than just shouting out order numbers in an officious way?

This restaurant has not once completed a full order of mine.. always seem to miss the share box the most expensive thing on the menu, not a coincidence not every single time. Got the three dips for the share box though appreciate that. Apps definitely being deleted the incompetence is off key. Read an order, make the order, put it in a bag. Once or twice you can deal with but every single time, what we actual doing here? Honestly. -10 stars

We come here when we visit family for takeaway. The food has always been excellent. There seems to be an efficient operation here, with plenty of people making the food, and one or two people responsible for putting together each order. We've never had an item missing, and the food always tastes great. We all agreed that the food from here seems to taste better than from other McDonalds.
