We were served by Owen who had great customer service who made us feel welcomed and he was very polite. The food was great the ribs was big portion and tasty. The steak was cooked well and sticky tofee pudding was fantastic and did not have raisins which is good. They also do blue light discount which was fantastic

As soon as me and my partner walked through the doors, we greeted by a host in a white shirt and short hair, and met with an eye roll. We said hello and said we have a reservation, which the host responded by saying 'we're closing, so last orders are right now or you can leave.' This was at 8:30pm on a Saturday. We didn't want to be an inconvenience, so we decided to just order drinks. We soon found out that the kitchen actually closes at 9, and the bar at 10, and the venue at 11. This means we were lied to by the host, which was very upsetting. As we had our drinks, we were treated very kind

Very disappointed today. Breakfast options traditional and continental. The continental is an unlimited buffet with refillable cold and hot drinks, however today the pastry stand was almost empty when we got there 9:35am, and it stayed that way. Although the staff come to your table and you order your food as much and as many times as you like allegedly, they only came once and I had to go up to them to get the order in. The order was then incomplete, bacon hard as nails; we said okay let's leave it, eat it and order more but no staff in sight, when they were coming out it will be in a rush wi
