Grandson wanted to try went to order it took 40 minutes you can't phone the order. Brought back for the family. The food was cold 🥶 and the chips were rock hard presentation poor we were all rating it and the average mark out of 10 was 3. Would definitely not buy from there again. Not unless they get their act together, you know when you work all week and you are looking forward to having a nice takeaway and you pay good money. They need to look at what they are putting out.

Tried Davey’s Gateshead and overall it was a great experience. The triple patty burger was juicy, full of flavour, and had those slightly burnt edges that I absolutely love. Came in a fresh brioche bun and was served with a mountain of chips, which was a big win. The salt & pepper chicken wrap was also spot on — nicely toasted, crispy chicken, and a really good spicy kick without being overpowering. The only downside was the sticky Korean chicken loaded box. For nearly £16, it was disappointing — just three quite small pieces of chicken breast, chips and a dip. Definitely didn’t feel worth t

Lovely food! The chicken was proper chicken, not processed rubbish, and the portion sizes were amazing. The packaging was great too. Unfortunately, the Uber driver wasn’t the best – he wouldn’t come into reception and sat outside trying to call on a phone with no signal for 10 minutes before we realised and went out to collect the order. That said, the food itself was excellent, and the delivery experience doesn’t reflect Davey’s service.

Delicious breakfast smash burger! I really enjoyed the Breakfast Smash Burger. High quality beef patties and bacon. They used the perfect amount of sauce which added nice flavours. The bun was soft and sweet too. The loaded hash brown side was also superb. Great value food overall and pleasant service too. Definitely recommend and hope to return myself soon.
