First time at GDK Feltham. A pleasant experience served by Radhika at the counter. Very polite and attentive to my order and was quick to suggest the 2 for 1 lunch time offer instead of my original order for a Large Gym Doner Box. Great to see when workers care about the customers’ experience and made me feel like she had my best interests in mind. Great ratio of meat to salad and everything was fresh. Food came out immediately, even during the lunch rush. This, alongside the great customer service is why i’d gladly return - many thanks!

I’ve been coming to German Doner Kebab regularly and the experience is consistently great. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which makes a big difference. Very disappointing and misleading. Paid nearly £10 for a 2-box meal deal and there were only a few tiny pieces of chicken/beef, mostly just salad and chips. This price range should include a proper amount of meat, not just filler. On top of that, it took 25–30 minutes to prepare, which is far too long for something that’s basically salad and chips. It honestly feels misleading and unfair to customers. If you’re going to charge full price with voucher discounted at least give enough meat to actually eat. I would advise customers: if you’re reading this review, don’t order this deal. You’ll on
