We had a very disappointing experience at Knott End Café. When we ordered, we were told they were busy and that the food would take around 30 minutes, which was understandable. After waiting 45 minutes, we asked for an update and were told, "Sorry, you're the next order. Just another 5 minutes." Fifteen minutes later we were still waiting. We went back to ask for a refund, only to be told once again that we were "next." By that point we'd simply had enough of being given the same answer over and over. It felt like we were being fobbed off rather than given an honest update. We ended up gett

Wonderful cafe/diner, great food, great staff who are friendly and welcoming. This place is at Knott End which you will have to find in a map if you are not familiar with it. It is well worth a trip out, there is a nice walk with plenty of wildlife to see, or you can just relax with an ice cream by the waters edge.

Had fish and chips here on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the pensioners special which is avaliable to anyone of any age. Took around 10/15 minutes in total to queue, get seated and be served which is pretty fast considering it was very busy. All staff were super friendly and the lady at the till even carried my tray because I had a buggy with me. Food was really hot, tasty and good portion. Eat in and takeout option. Cash and card accepted. There's also a ice cream part at the back. Would recommend

Had a trip to Knott End with friend and called in Cafe for a bite to eat , cafe spotless, staff very friendly and efficient , food freshly cooked to order and very good and minimal wait for it to arrive , I had the hot baguette with roast beef and onion gravy not stingy with portions, very enjoyable, friend had the fish , chips and peas which she really enjoyed too , pricing fair for the food we ordered , will def try here again . Outside there is a lovely statue which is a tribute to L.S. Lowery all well kept and you can get also a ferry across to Fleetwood again fairly reas
