We've eaten here more often than I'd thought and I've never left a review. Shame on me. This, then, is long overdue but at least my comments stand the test of time. So pleased to see Zen Kafe re-open. We have been served in person by the owner as well as the regular staff. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable approach has been consistent and definitely adds to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. All round a great experience. We came in as a group of nine, three of us vegetarians and one gluten free, and all had quite free choice across the menu. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were all kind, helpful, and patient enough to cater to us all paying individually (thank you Ben!). I got the yaki udon which was amazing, and the portion size certainly wasn't lacking. 5 stars!
