He was also really patient with me whilst I tried to make my mind up which I appreciate a lot as a bit of a scatterbrain. The food here is all absolutely delicious, and you can see the quality & freshness of it all as soon as you walk in. I wasn't sure what size fish to get & Mario held the different cuts up to help me decide & then put them in the fryer once I'd decided & I could see that they were fresh & good quality fish.
