We visit this pub most weekends, usually on a Saturday night. Saturday before last they rang a bell at 23.30. Shortly after that I went to the bar to order drinks and was told that the bar was closed because it was quiet and they were closing early. No notice was given. I wrote a complaint about this and received a reply saying that this did not happen and that the usual hours were adhered to. Didn't even have the courage to be truthful. Shocking.

I've been in a couple times since the Georgic has changed hands and reopened - the most recent being Saturday night - the newly revamped Georgic has a great vibe! The fresh decor is stylish yet cosy, making it a welcoming spot whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or settling in for the evening. The newly fitted ladies toilets are a great touch, making it feel so much more than just an old man's pub now. The atmosphere is lively but relaxed, with a nice mix of people that makes it feel inclusive and friendly. Staff are welcomg and attentive, which really adds to the experience. The pizza
