Incredibly warm service from the staff. They did not have enough lemon for the drink I had ordered. Even though I was fine with it they insisted on offering me a free coffee, which was so generous of them. Would recommend :)

I usually have a good experience with this chain but this time it was honestly so appealing. I came in and asked if I could use my stamps (I had 10 stamps) the girl at the till made me pay for my coffee and when I complained that why did I have to pay if I already had 10 stamps( supposedly your 10th coffee is free after collecting all the stamps)she just gave me a voucher. I know is a chain but hey, Edinburgh costumer service is 100% better.

Was impressed by the inexpensive cakes. They were fluffy, not overly sweet, great flavour. The staff was nice and accommodated us. They moved very fast, in between serving clients, making drinks and cleaning on the side. The place gets very busy especially during the weekends.

I recently visited Nero Cafe and, unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. While the coffee is good, the service left much to be desired. Some of the staff were not very friendly, which made the visit less enjoyable. Additionally, I noticed that the tables are often dirty and not cleaned frequently enough. This really detracts from the overall experience. I hope they can work on these issues to improve in the future.
