Do not be fooled by the unimpressive interior to start with. You go up the stairs to 1st floor to find the restaurant. The menu is exceptionally large with over 300 items to choose from and reasonable value. The quality of the food was good and hospitality was friendly. It is somewhere I would visit again

Went here for the first time tonight before going to the theatre. Was hard to find tucked away between KFC and a bookies but so glad we found it. Lots of stairs to climb so not suitable for disabled which is a shame because it’s a nice place. The food was lovely and the service was really good too. Prices were pretty good too for a restaurant in town. We didn’t have a reservation but the gave us a table anyway and they don’t hurry you even though by the time we were half way through our food there was a queue waiting to be seated. Friend chose this place based on reviews on WeChat. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Reminded me of Ray Lau’s ‘Secret to finding good Chinese food’. I had the Mapo Tofu (without meat) and fried aubergine with garlic and chili. My friend had a spicy fish dish. Warm service, wonderful food.

It’s definitely worth venturing down the long hallway and up the stairs to the dining room. Really genuine authentic flavors. One of the better wine list for an Asian restaurant in town nice to see. Very friendly and attentive service, dining room could use a little update.
