I grew up in one of the first Indian restaurants in Ireland in the 1990’s, and not since then have I tasted the genuine cuisine of that amazing subcontinent until I visited this establishment yesterday and today. Not only was the food genuine, but the service and staff were a true reflection of अतिथि देवो भव (Atithi Devo Bhava - “the guest is god”); the owner Roxy sat down with us and treated us as friends and guests, sharing stories and laughter, so when we left we didn’t just have full bellies, but filled hearts.
