We had a lovely meal here and really enjoyed the food. The only downside is that it’s always very busy, so we usually have to wait for a table. Despite that, the food and overall experience make it worth the wait. We’d definitely visit again!

Was expecting better. Had the 2 piece Chicken Joy. The drumstick was oily and soggy, the other piece was an unusual shape but at least tastes better than the drumstick. Store was clean, lots of seating on two floors. Self service ordering system was smooth. Music was loud-ish. Chicken is halal.

We booked a last-minute birthday party for our son, and we were so pleased that Vince, the manager, was able to accommodate us. When we arrived at the restaurant, the venue was clean and decorated exactly as agreed. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, and all of our guests enjoyed it. When Jollibee made an appearance, everyone got so excited! I only wish Jollibee could dance too. 🤣 My son really enjoyed seeing the mascot, although he was a little scared at first. This was my third Jollibee (after NYC and Orlando). I tried the special K-spicy chicken burger. It was good but not as good as the similar item in the US. And my Jollibee app does not work in the UK, so I couldn’t earn points.
