They really seem genuinely grateful that you chose to visit. The second thing I noticed was how relaxed the cats were. They’re obviously very happy & well socialised, & the love they have for their human guardians is so sweet. You can really tell they genuinely care about the cats and their wellbeing, which makes all the difference. The cafe itself was spotless, which really stood out.
