Update: I'm glad to see you on TGTG now. We enjoyed the muffins we picked up earlier. Thanks for helping to reduce food waste. Lovely place, great staff & service. Only quibble is that I'd have preferred three different fillings in the afternoon tea like the first time we came rather than 4 the same and 2 different. Came to muffin break because the cakes looked great. I wasn't disappointed. The service was amazing and all the staff were extremely friendly. The roast coffee they use is clearly of a high standard. And the biscoff cheesecake was to die for. Would much rather give these guys my money that some big multinational corporation like Costa or Starbucks.

The food is ok, nothing stand out and its convenient. For me its the lack of pride in the shop that marks it down for me, I have been twice in the last 4 weeks both times reported the gents handdryer isn't working, both times dismissed. Bit more pride in the shop by staff and/owner would help, as a bit rough around the edges.
