i recently visited this place and i found that staff are really unhelpful While I was taking part in karaoke with my boyfriend, a woman approached me aggressively, took the microphone from me, and became physically confrontational by pushing and grabbing me. She refused to return the microphone and continued behaving in a threatening and intimidating manner. During the incident, the woman was verbally abusive towards me, repeatedly calling me a “cow” and threatening to “stomp on my head.” I found this extremely distressing and unacceptable. food was barking, cooked chicken fresh from the fridges in asda (or similar) enchiladas? mexicans would be turning in there graves at the state and taste of it, still feel sick over 2 hours later, cajun pasta was like a watery mess again with the same chicken as the enchiladas, staff are nice but the food is absolutely vile, i advise not to waste your money here.

I am writing to make a complaint regarding an incident involving my girlfriend during your event/at your venue. She was treated in a way that we found completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Had a great night with a friendly group of locals and happy and patient bar staff. Karaoke on Saturday was coordinated by a good DJ who was the right balance of performer and publican. Will visit again in future when I'm in the area.
