While the premises were open and operating, I was refused permission to use the toilet facilities. When I asked for clarification, the manager on duty, Asad , informed me that it was “company policy.” I was very surprised and disappointed by this response. Great customer service and the staff were very humble. Today, I witnessed a customer come in at 12:59 — just one minute before closing — and treat the staff poorly. Ordered twice ranch bowl , hot wings and chicken popcorn and for some reason it just feels different then what I use to eat kfc before . I got a severe food poisoning. I don’t think I would go again.
