This was my first and last time visiting Subway in King's Walk Gloucester. It was 7:45 on 12th June 2026. I have never experienced such poor customer service. As I walked through the door the woman behind the counter said its eat out only as they close soon. All the chairs had been placed on top of the tables. It actually closes at 9pm so I had plenty of time to eat in if I had wanted to. I gave my order to the woman who had spoken to me. She never looked at me once, She threw the sub together in a fashion that gave me the impression I was an inconvenience being there. I went home to eat m

Our local subway is absolutely amazing. We get really good service especially from AMAN,SUNNY AND PHIKRAS THEY always greet us with smiles.

it’s 26 degrees today, and these tools wouldn’t let me refill my cup i bought from them with WATER, personally i used to work at a subway and refills were allowed especially with water😂😂😂😂

I have come to this subway on my lunch break twice. The service has been brilliant both times. No issues there. The first time I was here there were flys all over the drinks machine and it was left very dirty with rubbish everywhere. I thought maybe this was a one off. I then came a second time and it was much the same. Food and crumbs all over most of the tables. Drinks area is disgusting. Hygiene is really not this stores priority and it should be.
