I'm not normally one to leave a review but yesterday I took my 3 year old for his hair cut, which he hates. I got a coffee after the stress of that. The guy on the drive thru was amazing, he was having a proper chat with my lad, gave him a little cup of marshmallows and talked about his toys. I didn't get his name but he had cool hair. It was really nice to see genuine great customer service, he cheered us both up after a crazy day. Well done Costa keep employing and training people like him

I was just seeing if Costa is open when I realised you could review this particular store - we love it here! The barista's are lovely, it's always clean and tidy and Queues go down really quick at peak busy times despite there also being a drive thru. Thank you for being such a consistently lovely place for me and my family to grab coffee!

Want a coffee but have a milk allergy, don't panic costa have your back for 45P, fear not tho Starbucks don't charge you for there milk regardless. Stay clear if you value customer satisfaction, and your life because costa charge to keep you alive.
