My son recommended Francesca’s as he’s been going for years with the Boys’ Brigade and absolutely raves about it — and now I can see why! What a truly wonderful Italian restaurant. The building is so authentic and full of character, and from the moment you walk in you’re hit with amazing vibes. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm, lively, and buzzing. There’s also an excellent range of choice on the menu. The food was outstanding — bursting with flavour and cooked to absolute perfection. One of the best Italian meals I’ve had. I can’t recommend Francesca

Fantastic experience having lunch at this restaurant with my 2 children. We decided to call in on our walk back from jesond dean park. The Staff very friendly and the interaction with my kids was beautiful. They even came back to the table to make sure the soup I ordered for my one year old was ok. I had the chicken Romana which was delicious and big portions size. My daughter had the pepperoni pizza which she really enjoyed and my son well he smiled and ate pretty much all his soup credit to the chef 👍 Great place to call by is you like good Italian food we certainly will call back in the

Visited as a family of 3 for Sunday lunch whilst visiting our student son who lives in the next street. Very good menu, we had starters of fritto misto, calamari, prawn with avocado and mains of smoked haddock risotto, swordfush steak with salad and margarita pizza. Quality of food was really good and portion sizes very generous. Decent wine list and super reasonable prices but as we were driving only one person had an alcoholic drink (house red which was really good). With 2 course meal, drinks and coffees it all came to £90 which was incredible value for money and much cheaper than a compar
