Luke★Got a £100 parking fine. Yes I didnt read the sign. I didn't enter my reg on the tablet but the tablet according to the sign should be by the till. It is not by the till at all. Staff unhelpful in trying to assist with cancellation
John Rigby★★★★★I often go here for coffee and get excellent service. On this occasion I was in the queue while there were two young teenage girls in front of me. When I was served, I felt that the two girls had been overlooked, so I asked "should you serve these girls first?". I was abruptly told "don't worry about them just place your own order,)." I think it was the manager who was not serving. Apparently, the girls were being served by another member of staff which is fine, but I just felt it could have been handled better by the person who I thought to be the manager. I understand that they were busy,
