Mcdonalds Grantham ! We went through the drive thru on this occasion. All we ordered were chicken selects and dip… but it took absolutely ages! Staff were friendly though and the food was really nice. There’s just something about looking at the golden arches shining away in the dark that is such a magical experience. Great to hear that this place is 24h, as our local one shuts at midnight! We’ll be returning if we want some more food in the early hours 😁

Sadly i have to leave a review regarding my last 2 experiences at McDonald's Grantham Have been going here years as I have 4 young children and teenagers sons. I had pre ordered and on arriving told to wait for part of my order at the drive thru. Once home our meals partially warm no dips as requested. I made a complaint and McDonald's kindly made a offer which I accepted.A few days later I returned through the drive thru. I was handed my order asked if all there was told yes, then asked if any dips ketchup and towels was told no so I asked for these items . Surely part of the customer service

I come to McDonald's to get coffees regularly as we only live up the road. Lately, the coffees are really not up to standard and I have made a complaint about this before. Just picked up 2 cappuccinos and the are practically half full! I've been told it's the machines, therefore they need to be checked or cleaned regularly. I don't know how staff think it's acceptable to serve half full coffees.

Excellent McDonald's experience; it was fast, the food was decently produced, and there was plenty of space. It's rare to see a McDonald's that isn't dirty. My only criticism was the slow machines; it takes probably 5–10 seconds for it to register me pressing a button or scrolling, which was annoying. Besides that, decent experience. Will come here again when going to Grantham.
