Very friendly server Tatiana today with great menu knowledge and patience with me! as I have difficulty ordering sometimes with social anxiety and I feel like the staff member went above and beyond in helping me make my order after several attempts at the self service machines. Ketchup was offered as there was none in the pump. The new bins in store ment you had to split all the trash but it went into the same bag underneath... Pointless.

Newly refurbished and very modern interior. I went at quiet time of day and service was quick and food good. The price seems more than I pay in Worcester. Not sure why. The air conditioning is a little too cold for me.

The staff are so lovely here. Shout out to Ian, Nicole, Dylan, Dotty, Hannah, Tatiana and Neiha. You guys and your entire team are the heart and soul of MCD Malvern! Keep up the great work! The food is as always upto the standard it's supposed to be! No complaints here. VERY SATISFIED! I gave it all 3 stars as none is great. It fluctuates a lot. Firstly, the food is either great or horrible. Sometimes the food is cold and rock hard and they give you a small portion, but sometimes it’s great and they give you a big portion. The service can be horrible, but sometimes great. The actual place can also be horrible but sometimes great. It all depends on the time. I can say that the food options are great - there are loads of custom ability and there is a range of items available. The click and collect is okay but usually takes 20 minutes for your food and that feels like a long ti
