I have to say I always come here and the staff are brilliant. Recently I made an order online and forgot to add something in and I called them and spoke to Ryan who kindly added it in for and honestly that’s what makes the service they provide to another level. Always a pleasure to buy food from here. Even if something goes wrong they take ownership to make it right. Thank you to all the people that work in this store and Silvia the manageress. Mohamad is the only one who needs to learn about customer service, but I won’t mark the store down because of him.

I visited Nando’s last Friday afternoon with my mum, and it was my first time there. It turned out to be such a beautiful experience. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, even though it was quite busy. What truly made our visit special was one staff member who served us. Food was good and came out quickly, so no complaints there. However, the service could have been a bit friendlier. When I realised my drink was missing (even though it was on the receipt) and asked a member of staff about it, I felt like I was being treated as if I’d asked for something unreasonable, which was a bit off-putting. Overall not a bad visit, but a more welcoming attitude would definitely improve the experience.
