I recently visited Treatz and had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. The store has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with modern décor, comfortable seating, and that irresistible aroma of freshly made desserts in the air. I was served by Omar, one of the staff members, and he was absolutely fantastic. He’s of Asian descent, friendly, polite, and genuinely cool. He greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain the menu, offering helpful suggestions

My wife had the sorbet crush and I had the hot 'nut cake. Both were delicious, high flavour contrasts. Place was quiet. Service was excellent and friendly. Prices are ok.

We visited last night to enjoy our favourite Matilda cake, but it was a huge disappointment. The cake seemed stale, the sauce was overly thick and didn’t flow as it should, and there was barely any kunafa layer. The cake was falling apart, making it unpleasant to eat. We regret not raising this with the staff at the time. We won’t be ordering it again and cannot recommend it to others. It felt like a waste of money. I don’t know how you can make up for this. Very, very disappointing.
