My first visit to Tortilla at Bluewater was extremely disappointing, and I honestly don't understand the hype. I asked the staff for their recommendation, and they suggested the Burrito. There were two options on the menu – vegetarian and meat – so I chose the meat burrito. However, when I selected beef, I was told I had to pay an extra £1.50. If the meat burrito doesn't include beef as standard, that should be made much clearer on the menu. It got even worse when I chose avocado paste and was asked to pay another £1.50. The extra charges were hidden in tiny writing and felt very misleading.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the service is top-notch. Harpreet Kaur, the lady who served us, was incredibly kind and helpful. The food is not only tasty but also very clean.

Was looking forward to a burrito as have eaten from here many times but after a long wait, the just eat delivery took priority and my burrito sat going cold whilst they put that together, when finally finished doing mine had to ask to pay and then handed burrito, was cold but wasn't going to wait another half hour, service not great and priorise delivery services. Have not felt good since eating it and will not be using again.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it did not like me back. Shortly after eating here, I ended up running to the bathroom multiple times and have been dealing with intense bloating since. The food tasted okay going down, but the aftermath was absolutely not worth it. Cleanliness and food handling seriously need to be looked at, because this experience made me feel awful for the rest of the day.
