KFC Greenock - Custom House Quay

This is the 3rd time I've been to kfc greenock and spent over £30 each time and the place is an absolute shambles that's no exaggeration. Nothing i ordered was in the bag, it was cold, i waited over an hour. Shocking!!! and was the same 2 times before each time thought they can't mess it up again then once again. Standards are very low now went right down hill. Never stealing my money again.

Avoid the place if you can! Unhygenic, zero customer service, food is cold and if you order any food from either inside or drive through expect a 20-30 min wait, minimum, busy or not for half the ordered food then another 5-10 min wait for the half once you return to the counter and they try work out what your order was and don't expect an apology from anyone or expect any improvement from the owners all they give is generic responses and do nothing to actually improve the place. If i could give a minus score it would be -1 , read the other reviews this is NOT A 1 OFF!

Raw chicken, Am so so glad that I cut my child's chicken up ive never seen anything like it and I wont be quiet on this place needs a right good look in too before someone is badly ill

Ordered 2 meals. Both meals had the advertised signature chips missing. Ordered corn with one of the meals, received gravy instead. Paid for 2 additional hot wings. Didn't receive them. Didn't receive the mini fillet which was part of the order. Ordered 2 tangos, received 2 pepsis. The pickle burger was badly thrown together. The wicked burger wasn't even wrapped. The original recipe chicken was completely dry.
