The drive thru at this place tends to be not a pleasant experience and you end up really really wishing you hadn’t made the decision to stop. For example today we ordered an iced caramel latte, a strawberry frappe with oat milk, a croissant and a lemon muffin. We repeated our order four times into the speakerphone as we had doubts they were recording it right. On a sunny Sunday afternoon we first got a hot latte, then we got a frappe made with normal milk. They got 100% of our drinks order wrong. We had to tell them to correct both. 20 mins later, dog stressed out, toddler crying for his straw

Lovely, modern Costa in the middle of a trading estate in Blackheath. Drive-thru on site, so easy to get a quick drink. Plenty of seating inside and out, friendly staff. Plenty of parking, just be careful if you have a large SUV. 100% recommend.

Great branch of Costa with excellent staff. Coffee is also excellent. Sunny outdoor area makes it a good place to visit if you have a dog. Costa as company overall became too mean with regards to portion control and pricing so we chose to move on independant coffee shops that provide better value. This in no way reflects on those who work here, though, who are mostly really nice people.
