13.40 today I ordered a frappe, asked if I want cream and said no. The girl with blonde hair that made my drink put cream on and asked if she can just take it off I said no thank you, she looked very annoyed and said again can I just take the cream off, I said no thank you I do not want cream, she rolled her eyes so heavily at me making sure I could see and badly remade my frappe which was quite frankly disgusting and went in the bin. The order was on the ticket, it was your mistake not mine and your rudeness was uncalled for, very poor customer service.

- 🥤 It's worth noting that there can be quite a long queue due to many people ordering drinks for takeout. - ☕ The coffee quality remains consistently good. - 🙍‍♂️ However, there seems to be an issue with understaffing, and employees appear overwhelmed at times. - 🪑 The tables, chairs, and even the floor can be disappointingly dirty. - 🏡 The overall ambiance and decoration lack the cozy charm found in other Starbucks locations. - 🔌 Unfortunately, there's only one wall charger available, so it's not an ideal spot for remote work.

Top coffee served in a quick time even though the shop was busy and the two staff on shift were under pressure. I would like to praise Amy on the tills for her sleek professionalism even though according to her name badge she was only a trainee. 👏🏼

Rude staff, especially the big, older woman. It shows how much they don't like their job. I mean, atleast hire better staff because almost no one wants to buy from Starbucks nowadays.
