My dad ordered dinner for our whole family, the food arrives, and only two happy meals came for my two younger siblings, one with only a burger in it. The rest of our food was nowhere to be found. This has happened so many times where our food hasn't come complete. Last time they only put one order of fries in, the time before that the order was an hour delayed and missed food. Genuinely fix your restaurant or get new staff

Served by a polite young lad at the drive through, who had to call his manager to check the note we gave him, which is standard practice at McDonalds. However, the manager, visibly annoyed by having to do his job, spoke to the lad like absolute garbage. If he can be like this in front of customers, what is he like without them there? He checked the note over THOROUGHLY for a solid minute, leaving us feeling like criminals, then just thrust it back to the cashier without a word. Horrible man.
