Proper gem of a place, this. Honestly, we didn't even feel like we were eating out in England. It just had that proper Sri Lankan hospitality from the second we walked in. ​There’s a real homely feeling about the place that you don't usually get. The food was spot on and tasted exactly how it should, no cutting corners at all. Plus, the staff are dead sound; they actually look after you. ​If you're in Manchester and want something high quality and authentic Ceylonese, definitely give it a go. 10/10, will definitely be back.

My family and I visited this resturent for dinner, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we entered the restaurant, we did not immediately see the person at reception, so we walked a little further inside. When he approached us, he spoke in a very rude and impolite manner, asking why we had gone inside and saying that we should have asked him for a table first. We are from North Wales and visited this restaurant for the first time last night at around 8pm after reading the excellent reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was so disappointing that we left before even being seated. As first-time visitors, we were unfamiliar with the restaurant’s process.
