Standard McDonald’s restaurant. Never had any issues with the “quality” of the food but 9/10 there’s always an issue with the order. It can be something small like missing off sauces to larger such as being given someone else’s order entirely. Due to the location near to the town centre/college it is quite often filled up with college kids in the week, which of course can impact queue times significantly. I was the only person waiting for food in the restaurant on a Monday evening. It took absolutely ages to get just a cheese burger & a drink. The staff were arguing, swearing at eachother & generally messing around. When I eventually got my food the manager (I think? She was wearing a red tie) shouted my number. I took my food and said thank you. She turned her back on me and continued arguing with her colleagues. There was no thank you or any acknowledgement. Also the food was cold so I have no idea what was going on all that time I waited.
