I rarely negatively review any establishment but I got a drive through tonight and as accepting as I am this is fast food- it wasn't anywhere near good enough. Firstly my order and receipt states I ordered a double quarter pounder burger , the staff charged for this but upon arrival home - they had bagged up a single for me. The portion of chips were halfed in normal size and frozen and the milkshake aswell took up half the cup! In my opinion, whoever served this out tonight is utterly lazy so I wont be back. I have been to the drive through during busier times and not experienced this. For cl

As someone that has always preferred McDonald’s as a fast food chain I have to say I’m absolutely sick and tired of the service it provided. Particularly through Just eat, anytime me or my family have ordered our food for delivery something within the order is wrong or missing. This isn’t even just a common factor of just eat with my experience using the drive thru or eating in. The fact that you can’t get a job within McDonalds without having some for of experience in the service but yet it seems to be that majority of the workers McDonald’s employ are incapable of reading a simple order and

came here for breakfast after a night shift - rude staff and frozen hash browns given to us, very unfortunate as this is my local mcdonald’s, but inedible food is inexcusable.

Security threatend my friend for laughing too pound even though she had already stoped because we had told her to md she was just sat w her head on the table nd we just sat there then he kept staring at us then walked over and said btw if I ask u to leave and u don’t im calling police we said ok that’s fine. Then wee bit after he keeps staring at us then comes over and askes us to leave for no reason and we had bought food. Bald security the nice security is the Romanian one with the beard and the hat with the glasses
