- A nice branch of Starbucks with quite a range of food and products. - Some staff were very friendly but some seemed busy with chatting. - Wanted to have my drinks in ceramic cup/mug but got it in a takeaway paper cup. Other than that, it was great. - Spacious branch so it is nice to chill out here.

I ordered a large Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte. Immediately I noticed the barista making it in a small cup and with trying to get her attention I was ignored. Then when I received the drink it was un whipped, I was absolutely appalled by the state of this drink.

What a mess. Ordered two coffees with oat milk. Waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and one of them hasn’t been steamed, it was just freezing cold COW milk. We got given cow milk. We are both vegan and I haven’t had a sip of cow milk in 10 years. Starbucks hamilton has now ruined that. To make it worse, no one gives the slightest of care. My drinks a mess, covered in milks and powders it’s just a total mess here.

Yet again the staff are either not listening correctly to the customer order or not checking the orders being handed out at the window of drive thro. Consistently getting the wrong one 😡 despite being a regular who asks for the same drink all the time. I hate syrups 🤮 I just want the my normal latte!
