Baristas are always kind and helpful. When I am crutches and they have helped bring my drink to a table. A friendly place and great for a chat. Tasty, well-made drinks, especially the frappes and iced drinks. Can't fault the service. There is only one toilet but it's accessible. The furniture is starting to look tatty - lots of stains on the bench seats. It's not always the cleanest, but there's only ever one or two staff working at a time when I've been there so perhaps Costa needs to help out a little and provide a cleaner, or upgrade the setting.

I ordered a hot chocolate to drink inside, waited while the lady made the drinks for the people in front of me expecting that I would be served next, instead she made the orders for the next few customers behind me, totalling ignoring me,then told the young man who was on the till that he would have to get the hot chocolate. When he finished serving customer he then got me a take away hot chocolate. I won't be going to this costs again, the servo e was terrible I was left standing around waiting with no apology.

I attended this particular Costa today with my Mother during the bank holiday. The shop itself is dated but the customer service makes up for it. My mother is partially deaf and the staff were so patient with her and helped explain the coffees to her. I had a really nice breakfast, my croissant was nice and warm and my coffee was very smooth. Cheers

Very busy place. Quite tight for a long queue. About 4 members of the staff serving/trying. Queue moved very slow and few customers gave up. Coffee was okaish Service and tight space was a bit let down.
