First off I have to say that it's a very lovely cinema. The decoration is very stylish and cozy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. You get nice cozy seats and a lot of legroom. But it have deducted 2 stars for the following reasons: -We went to see 'Obsession'. It's a movie with a lot of screaming in it and it was INCREDIBLY loud. And I'm used to going to Metal concerts so I know what I'm talking about. So a little less loud please. -The price was 18,3 pounds which comes down to 23,3 euros with currency conversion for me. Rather unusual, but I didn't go to watch a movie. I just needed somewhere out of the sun (it was during the UK heatwave) to get a drink and revise for my finals. The staff were so lovely and the atmosphere was so warm and calming. Would definitely return to watch a movie there if I was in the area again.

Tamzin was the lovely lady who served us a few months back. She was so incredibly kind, welcoming and so friendly. It was 1st time coming and usually struggle to get out as disabled. There were lifts, food brought to my table and she wants above and beyond to make the food and time there enjoyable. Thankyou so much

Better than any other cinema experience!! Went in this evening for some food and a movie, we were greeted by Summer who was very friendly and welcoming, helped us with anything we needed and made our visit such an amazing time! Food was absolutely delicious, ordered a chicken burger with cheesy fries (cheeky sundae for desert) and enjoyed every bite. 😋 It was such a nice environment, very cosy and an incredibly comfortable place to be at. The sofas in the screening rooms were really nice and made watching the movie so relaxing. 😌 Overall loved every second of being here, definitely would
