Went in for my breakfast. Muffin was sat for 5-10 minutes while the staff were conpletely oblivious, dilly daddling about. Eventually had to walk up the counter and physically call someone over to go grab my food for me before it went cold. A tiny bit of awareness and customer service would have gone a long way to make my morning a good one, but not even that!

Appalling service – drink ignored for 10 minutes I visited at 09:10 and placed order #58 (regular hot chocolate) via the kiosk. I watched as orders #59, #61, and #62 were all served ahead of mine. My hot chocolate had been prepared almost immediately and was sitting in full view on the counter the entire time. I waited 10 minutes while staff focused entirely on breakfast food orders, completely ignoring a simple drink that was already finished. By the time it was handed over, it had been sitting out for the duration of my wait. This is "fast food," yet the queuing system was totally ignored. V

Jesus. 8pm on a Sunday and it looks like this. Urine all over the bathroom, no clean tables. Disgusting.

Ordered on uber eats. Food took ages but when it arrived I was half way through eating my burger when I noticed the bread was mouldy🤮
