After a wistful meditation on the subject matter, I need to express my gratitude, I had 7 minutes left on my parking. I enter Starbucks. Before I even payed my drink was in front of me, I simply don’t understand how one can make a drink at such speed.

Went through the drive through. I paid £5.25 for a tall iced vanilla matcha latte. By the time I got back the foam has dissipated to nearly half the drink was foam. We were the only people there and for some reason it took a LONG time. I don’t mind waiting, I don’t mind being patient, I don’t mind paying for a product. But what I do mind is that I got half a cup of milk foam for my trouble. Utter rubbish.

Absolutely disgusted, I always buy my coffee from Starbucks. I will not drink anything else. The store is lacking a good manager. So I went to the store bang in 11 and the doors were locked. The staff inside either were nervous or had no people skills because they looked at each other and waited then they opened the door and said we are closed because one of staff members have not turned up and we are still setting up the store. Its 2026 how can you in logistical way still be setting up a store to fully operate. This store is a failure

Last time I'll go to Starbucks. Very much over priced for a luke warm offering. Busy, so only seats were in the foyer, which was cold. Employ mainly students, convenient, cheap and easily manipulated, then the profits get sent somewhere else, and not the UK.
