I'm a vegetarian so when I saw this menu on the website I thought it was a perfect place for me and my boyfriend to go for a date. Our initial feelings of this place was lovely. Pretty lights, nice (but loud) music and friendly staff. We were seated immediately after informing of our reservation and they gave us menus and asked about drinks. Friendly staff, greeted with a smile. Lucky that I booked because the restaurant was packed. After having my meal there, I can see why. The basket of bread was lovely, fresh, thick, light and warm, wholemeal and white. I had the Texas BBQ Parmo with peperoni and bacon, I've had a few Parmo's around the area and this was by far the best. I actually used the word PHENOMENAL when I was asked how it was when I paid the bill.

Didn't book a table. We just turned up around 6.45pm. They just told us to sit for a few minutes whilst they cleaned a table for us. The restraunt itself is very well lit and beautiful with all the fairy lights, the lovely hanging ivy and the balconies it's easy on the eyes. It's also very colourful and has a lot of little quirky things you'll notice. The food was amazing, and i will definitely be returning and also recommending this bistro. Yet another new place to us that will be a return venue for sure. Got there early doors on a Friday, 3rd couple in, so bar all being booked, it looks easy to get in, it was. Service was super fast, but not overly so, so nicely judged. Food, excellent. Potato skins(ALL the potato skins seemingly) were are they should be, just the skins! Nicely spiced and I had the squid rings, nicely cooked as well. Mains were salmon and sea bass. Both spot on. Strangely for us, we had a dessert. Eaton mess, pretty good as well. All for 82 pounds, with 2 pints and two glasses of wine and that's with a 10% tip.
