⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Maxwell’s today and both had lovely meals. The food was excellent, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. We were served by a tall, bald gentleman who had an extraordinary knowledge of the menu. He was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. His recommendations were spot on, and he genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and he honestly made us want to return. Five-star service all the way. Thank you again for such a lovely time – we’ll definitely be back!

Booked a table for tonight for 17.30 got a booking reference to be told it's fully booked?? Then to be told all the tables are for bingo so why take the booking is beyond me. Wasting my time and upsetting my wife. I had to give them the 1 star , if that's the way your group treats it's customers then I hope you go bust.

Staff are lovely and happy to help / check on you. Food is lovely, proper pub grub, and food & drinks priced very reasonably. Nice atmosphere, pub garden and plenty of parking. Dog friendly and regular events held, including a weekly poker night on Sundays which is lots of fun and a nice crowd. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend!

Cheap food perfectly cooked with good service. Personally the new menu is fantastic the criss cross fries with loaded topping are fantastic nice and crispy too. I would also recommend the clucker burger with the honey sauce. The consistency and quality of the food has improved a lot, I now visit regularly over the past few weeks and I look forward to my meal . I look forward to visiting maxwells as I know I will be getting good food and not ripped off!!!
