The food and service was perfectly acceptable. Reasonable priced and tasty. The coffee was hot and tasted ok too. However... the digital menus cycle too fast to be able to make a swift and informed decision. I would suggest having a dedicated slow scrolling menu board alongside the promotional media screens. I had a very disappointing experience trying to place an order with Greggs. The staff member who answered the phone did not take my order and disconnected the call. I tried calling back five times, even using a different number, but my calls kept getting cut off without any help or explanation. This level of customer service is really frustrating and not what I expected. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience. Love this Greggs. Staff are always polite, store always clean and do a good job of keeping all the options stocked. When I've ordered online they even send the bottle that matches your name. Doesn't mean a lot but attention to detail and customer service is great.

No clean surfaces. Went to use milk, but not sure now if its in date as in a jug and it's dirty and serving stand is dirty and the tables don't look like they have been wiped or the floor swept. Can you see on pictures they are not clean and it's not long opened. I came in around 9.30am
